   Founded in October 2025, Guardian Restoration Services was built on over a decade of hard-earned experience and a mission to help homeowners rebuild with confidence after disaster strikes.

Owner Kevin Wilkes has spent more than 10 years in the restoration industry, managing large-scale projects and learning every detail of the trade. His unique background includes experience on the insurance adjustment side, giving him a deep understanding of how claims work — and how to guide homeowners through that process smoothly and fairly.

   Kevin’s passion for restoration also comes from personal experience. After suffering a severe loss to his own home, he learned firsthand the stress and frustration that comes with disaster recovery. That experience drives Guardian’s commitment to compassion, transparency, and genuine care for every client they serve.
